Changed Your Mind
If you change your mind about the product, you can notify us within 14 days and return it to us. The return may be subject to a re-stocking charge.
For further information on re-stocking charges please refer to the Terms and Conditions section. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving your returned item.
You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale.
Faulty Goods
If you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us and we will arrange an inspection of any faulty goods.
If upon inspection the goods are found to be faulty, we will arrange shipment of the item with you and/or the manufacturer.
All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be faulty when tested then no refund will be offered and you will be charged the actual cost of the original delivery, collection and subsequent return.
How to arrange a Return
Request return authorisation by emailing us and quoting your customer order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
